What data we keep

Student details (name, date of birth, class, attendance, grades), parents' and guardians' contact details, invoices and payments, and the messages exchanged between parents and the school.

Why we use it

To run schooling, communicate with you, follow fees and issue certificates and reports. We do not use it for any other purpose.

Who can see it

  • Each parent sees only their own children's data.
  • Only authorised school staff, each according to their role and branch.
  • A message sent to a teacher is visible to that teacher and to the school administration (school manager, branch manager, students' affairs and teachers' affairs) for supervision and quality of communication. A message sent to "the administration" is visible only to the school manager and the branch manager.

Do we share it

We do not sell the data or share it with third parties, except where the law requires it or where it is needed to run the system (such as hosting), under confidentiality.

Security and retention

We protect the data with specific access rights, an encrypted connection and regular backups, and keep it for the duration of the student's schooling and as school records require.

Your rights

You can view your children's data from the portal, ask for a correction, or ask about your data by contacting the school through the Contact page.
